BREAKING NEWS: Police Chief Asked To Resign In Trayvon Martin Case [VIDEO]

We just received word the the Sanford police chief Billy Lee has been asked to resign in his current position as chief of police. The Sanford Police Department has been under recent fire after the brutal shooting of 17 year old Trayvon Martin. Martin was killed after leaving a store and the neighborhood watch leader, George Zimmerman reported a "suspicious" teenager to the police. Police told Zimmerman they would be there to check out his claim, and NOT to follow Martin. Zimmerman did not comply and followed the unarmed teen, then killed him in the Florida suburb.

This case has sparked public outcry for the justice for Trayvon and his family, with several thousand protesters on the streets, calling it the "Million Hoodie March".
