Beyonce finally finished her year-long Mrs. Carter Show World Tour, but that doesn't mean her Queen Bey duties are over. She continues fulfilling them on the latest cover of Out magazine.

The 'Drunk in Love' singer is pictured in a close-up as she sports a Marylin Monroe-esque hairstyle. With her eyes closed in total comfort, Beyonce is the face of the gay lifestyle magazine's Power Issue.

Beyonce maintains her feminist agenda in the accompanying cover story. “There is a double standard when it comes to sexuality that still persists,” she says. “Men are free and women are not. That is crazy.

“You can be a businesswoman, a mother, an artist, and a feminist -- whatever you want to be -- and still be a sexual being. There is unbelievable power in ownership and women should own their sexuality.”

Beyonce's latest self-titled album wasn't only notable for its surprise release. Songs like 'Rocket' and 'Partition' were standouts, but they also represented the songstress' way of standing up for female sexual autonomy.

That stance is something Pharrell Williams praised Beyonce for in one of the album's behind-the-scenes videos.

“Only a mama can talk like that. And only a wife can talk like that,” he says. “That’s your strength. When does a mother and a wife do that? I mean you just ran through jail and let all the women out. You set women free. I’m trying to tell you that record is a phenomenon.”

The new Out issue will drop later this month.
