Uh oh! It looks like Gucci Mane is in big trouble. An arrest warrant is out for the Atlanta rapper after he allegedly hit a clubgoer over the head with a champagne bottle.

According to WSBTV, the victim, identified only as James, said he was at ATL's Harlem Nights nightclub when he asked security if he could get a picture with Gucci Mane (real name Radric Davis). Suddenly, without provocation, the 'Lemonade' rapper struck him on the top of his head with a bottle. The victim also received a gnarly head wound for his trouble, which required 10 stitches to close up.

James, who's a military solider serving in the Army, has no idea why the rapper reacted so violently to his request. "And as I looked at him in the shock of why, one of his friends hit me in the side of my face," he added.

The altercation occurred last Friday (March 15) during Gucci Mane's party for his just-released mixtape, 'Trap God 2.' Atlanta police confirmed that a warrant for Gucci's arrest has been issued. "We do have an active warrant for Mr. Davis for aggravated assault," said Lt. Jeff Cantin. "So I'm sure after he sees this, I'm sure he'll want to reach out and contact us."

James, who has since contacted a lawyer, says he now has a concussion and is suffering from bad headaches. "He could have possibly killed me," he said. "I just hope and pray that I recover pretty well because I still want to serve my military career."

Although Gucci Mane is nicknamed "So Icey," this is definitely not cool. This is not how you treat a serviceman who is fighting for your freedom to put an ice cream tattoo on the side of your face, but we digress.
