Is anything same to drink anymore?

Outside of drinking coffee I frequently drink fruit juice because it's healthy, but come to find out it's really not good for you.

According to CNN, due to a study from Beverage Industry Magazine in 2013 researchers looked at 13,000 adults and come to find out that drinking one 12 ounce glass of juice each day could increase the risk of early death by 25 percent.

Experts claim this could be because of the fructose contents of various drinks could be giving up insulin resistance and stimulating hormones that promote fat deposition around the waist.

Dr Alison Tedstone, chief nutritionist at Public Health England said in a statement,

Current advice is to swap sugary drinks for water, lower fat milks and lower sugar or diet drinks.  While fruit and vegetable juices can contribute to one of your 5 A Day, it’s important to limit juice and smoothies to a total of 150 mls each day as they can still contain high amounts of sugar.

Now even though the study is only observational, and can' t prove that drinking fruit juice increases one's risk of early death.  However, I'm going to get a glass of water to be on the safe side.
