In the wake of the El Paso shooting at Walmart, it's scary to find out another Texas man was planning a mass shooting!  Thankfully, he has been apprehended! Federal agents have arrested a Lubbock man, who was planning a mass shooting. He has been charged with making false statements to a firearms dealer, according to EastTexasMatters.com. Patrick Williams, who is 19, was arrested after telling his grandma that he was planning to shoot up a hotel, then die by suicide by police. He was hospitalized after making the statement, then arrested. When authorities searched his hotel room, they found a rifle, ammo, knives, and other items to use in the alleged potential crime. He has been placed in the Lubbock County Jail.
