Good news for 50 Cent. The superstar rapper will not be going to jail after allegedly assaulting his baby mama and damaging her property.

TMZ reports that a judge handed the rapper a sentence of three years probation and 30 days of community service. The G-Unit capo will attend counseling sessions and pay $7,100 in damages to the alleged victim. The restraining order against him is still in effect.

This summer, Fif was charged with domestic violence for allegedly kicking Daphne Joy, the mother of one of his children, and destroying property in her California condo. Apparently, he destroyed things like furniture, a TV and chandeliers.

The Queens, N.Y., native didn't seem to take the charges seriously and mocked them on social media.

50 Cent pled not guilty in August and was ordered to stay away from Joy and turn in his weapons. There is no update on if he's allowed to get his guns back yet.

TMZ also reports that the rhymer is not listed on Daphne Joy's child's birth certificate.
