Woman Caught Cooking Meth in Wal-Mart

Shaking my head on this story. A woman named Elizabeth Halfmoon, was caught in the act of cooking meth at a Wal-Mart in Tusla, Oklahoma.

Officer David Shelby stated -- “I've been a police officer here in Tulsa for 23 years and this is the first time I've had anybody, or been involved [with] someone who was actually mixing it in the store."
