It seems news is first broken via social media sites such as Twitter, Facebook and YouTube, and usually it is the first place people get their information -- sometimes true and at time hoaxes. With the news of mega-star Whitney Houston's death, naturally it was and has been the hottest news topic of the past week. If you have a Facebook account, certainly you've seen many posts and thread regarding Whitney's passing. However, some Facebook folks aren't too happy that Whitney's death is getting so much attention in the media.

Photoshop pros have pieced together pictures of deceased servicemen and women with quotes in the photos that read, "Whitney Who?" As if to say that celebs deaths overshadow our country's "real heroes."

Some of the comments that I've seen on Facebook have been setting off firestorms!

Do you think comparing the life of singer Whitney Houston to servicemen and women is fair?
