I was really skeptical about butt implants. The sheer thought of a foreign object or substance under the skin really grosses me out. However, there are a such thing as butt implants -- and women apparently do get them. Attempting to have a booty like J. Lo is fine and dandy, as long as you are sure that your doctor really knows what they're doing, because all plastic surgery isn't good.
