Is Usher Engaged?

The rumor mill is going crazy because word on the street is that Usher is now engaged to his longtime girlfriend Grace Miguel. Congrats for him, but you know this didn't sit well with Tameka Raymond.

According to B. Scott, the couple was seen in Miami and Grace had a very sizable ring on her finger. Word is that this alleged engagement comes after Usher wanted Tameka, his ex-wife, to change her name back to her maiden name.
