In today's episode of 'Hot Phone Sex', no one walked away with a happy ending. Well, sort of not.

Being that I am a single woman now, I can do this with out having to getting in trouble. Today is Man Crush Monday, and to kick things off, I am making our night guy, Keith Sweat my "man crush Monday".

Have you ever been driving down the road listening to Hot 107.3 Jamz or 103.1 KISS FM and been like "Dang, that's my song right there! I ain't heard that in a minute!!" Well, I have those moments often and I came across some songs that I had to add to my playlist quick.

Wednesday of this week I had the pleasure of welcoming R&B group Silk to the Hot 107.3 Jamz sound stage. I have to say, these men still sound good and look good.

Being a single mother of two is beautiful thing, but it can get tricky when you work some of the hours that I work. My kids don't complain about me not spending enough time with them, they complain that we spend too much time together at my job.

Today, Hot 107.3 Jamz and Jarvis Christian College partnered for the first Jarvis Christian College Bark-A-Thon. The Bark-A-Thon is a tele/radio-thon to help Jarvis Christan College raise funds for students that attend the school, the school mascot in a bulldog. Most students that attend Historically Black Colleges and Universities receive funding via the United Negro College Fund.

Today I had the opportunity to attend the 2016 Stars Over Longview 16th Annual Awards Ceremony. Talk about a program to recharge and empower women, if you missed it, you missed a treat.

So recently one of my friends was wondering if I was acting funny with her because I wasn't responding to her text messages. I explained to her that I was not receiving them. Then I got some not so happy phone calls from others saying they were trying to reach out too. Then I realized the culprit was my iPhone.

So Monday we talked about starting fitness classes and hiding in the back of the class. Welp, I got my first class in and I am happy to say that I did NOT hide in the back!
