Currently, marijuana is fully legal in 16 states and Washington D.C. Medical uses of marijuana are legal in 36. But not in Texas. Not yet.

Talk show host Montell Williams has been an advocate of medicinal marijuana for awhile, and now he's about to sell it. Williams has said in previous interviews that prescription drugs almost shut down his kidneys and told the public that his physician suggested that he try cannabis sativa and it worked for him.
