Joan Rivers was declared dead after her only child, Melissa, had to make the tough decision to take her celebrity mom off life support. This was a heartbreaking decision and probably one of the hardest decisions she had to make. To have to end the life of the person that gave you life has to be crushing, so keep Melissa in your prayers...

Joan Rivers is not one to mince words. The comedienne and 'Fashion Police' host took aim at a tiny target – North West, the 7-month-old daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West. Rivers reportedly referred to Kimye's little girl as "ugly" during one of her stand-up gigs.

It was a good day for us in the Twitter universe today (Aug. 24).
