Spurs Crush Blazers in Game 1

It was the young upstart Portland Trail Blazers going into the Western Conference Semis to handle the old veteran San Antonio Spurs in Game 1.

But the Spurs jumped out to an 8-0 run and never looked back as they demolished the Trailblazers, 116-92.

Tony Parker led all scorers with 33 points and with much support from his role players, the Spurs took a 1-0 lead in the series.
