The San Antonio Spurs Are the 2014 NBA Champions

It will not be a three-peat for the Miami Heat as the San Antonio Spurs have won their fifth NBA title with a 104-87 win over the Heat on Sunday.

Kawhi Leonard averaged 23.7 points and 9.3 rebounds for the series, all while defending LeBron James, to win the MVP award of the series.

James had 31 points in the losing effort Sunday. The question now is, "Will the big three stay together?" James can opt out of his contract by the end of summer.
