They're new, they're loaded with a lot of amenities, they're energy-efficient and they're beautiful. They are the 34 homes that are featured in this year's Tyler Area Builder's Association's Parade of Homes!

Tyler area builders have been battling the elements the past few months to get the finishing touches on the homes that will be showcased during the nine day parade of home event kicks off Saturday (June 6) and runs through Sunday, June 14.

Homes will be open for visitors to take self-guided tours of the floor plans to get design, decorating, landscaping, painting ideas and more. Some homes featured on the tour are still available while others are waiting to be occupied by their owners.

Homes on display are scattered throughout Smith County. There are homes in Tyler, Chandler, Lindale, Bullard, Flint and Troup. Tickets to view the Tyler Parade of Homes may be purchased at any of the 34 homes on display along with other outlets.

By viewing homes and purchasing your tickets to the Tyler Parade of Homes, you'll also be supporting Hope Haven of East Texas and Christian Homes and Family Services.

If you're looking to build, remodel or just doing a little sprucing up on your current home, this is a great way to look at some new options, features and become inspired!
