Salon Owner Sought for Performing Illegal Breast Augmentation
Police are seeking a beautician charged with an unlicensed medical practice after a breast augmentation she’s accused of performing left a customer hospitalized in critical condition.

Investigators say the victim, 26-year-old Sheena Bradford of Longview, was admitted Feb. 16 to a hospital, where she’s listed in critical condition with severe chest pains. Police say the woman’s family reported she had received injections of an unknown substance to augment her breasts the day before her hospitalization.
The family says Foster also performed a similar procedure on the customer’s cousin two weeks ago.
