Saints Defeat Falcons, 17-13, on Thursday Night Football

The New Orleans are now 9-2 and making a serious push into playoffs with a solid 17-13 win in the Georgia Dome over the Atlanta Falcons on Thursday night.

Drew Brees finished 23-of-33 for 278 yards and two touchdowns, and the Saints defense sacked Matt Ryan five times.

The Saints are currently ranked No.2 in the NFC and for now have sole possession of first place in the NFC South.

Atlanta dropped to 2-9 on the season.
