Terence Garvin of the Pittburgh Steelers was fined by the NFL for $25,000 for his hit on Cincinnati Bengals punter Kevin Huber during a kickoff return in which Antonio Brown scored on a 67-yard return.

Huber's jaw was broken and he is out for the season.

It's a rule that punters and field kickers are considered by the league as defenseless players on certain plays in a game.
