Peter Facinelli at Women’s Night Out VIP Party [GALLERY]

Peter Facinelli made this year’s Women’s Night Out one of the best ever Saturday night (March 31) at Harvey Convention Center in Tyler. The star of “Twilight,” “Nurse Jackie,” “Can’t Hardly Wait” and more was a hit all night as thousands of women converged on Tyler for a visit. He first made an appearance at the premiere VIP party, and we’ve plenty of pictures!
