Mix 93-1, 96X, 101.5 KNUE, HOT 107-3 Jamz and KDOK 1240am and Townsquare Mediaare proud to be a part of the East Texas community and we are happy to air :30 public service announcements for your organization free of charge.  The following guidelines apply:

1. A representative(s) of the non-profit organization is responsible for writing and voicing the public service announcement (PSA).

2. PSA scripts should be no longer than 30 seconds in length.

3. The script should contain some basic information - who, what, when, where and why!

4. PSA's are recorded on a first come first served basis weekdays between 10a and 12n.  If that block of time does not fit your schedule, we will be happy to arrange an appointment.

5.  Please leave a circular of your script that describes your event so that we can try to have the air staffs talk about the event on the air.

6.  Churches and other religious organizations are welcome to promote the word about bazaars, garage sales, festivals and the like; however, revivals, concerts, services and specialty prayer/preaching events are not permitted to be included in our PSA rotation.

7.  The most any recorded PSA may run is 5 weeks.

8. Due to federal regulations, we are not allowed to air any form of lotteries.  That means any event which involves prize, chance and consideration, can not be aired and this includes raffles.

9. Please do not mention sponsor of your event on the PSA script.

10. The number of times your PSA will air depends upon the number of other PSA's that are currently in rotation.

11.  We reserve the right to not broadcast certain PSA's due to content or fairness issues.
