Need A Holiday Getaway? These Hotels Will Offer Plenty Of Holiday Weekend Fun

The holidays are coming and that is a big deal in Texas as many hotels and resorts are preparing to make their establishment merry and full of Christmas cheer.  Many children will have as much as two weeks out of school and that would be the perfect time to take advantage and plan a family vacation.

Culture Map Austin has provided a list of hotels that are offering holiday getaways so I have found three hotels in Texas that will ensure a lot of family fun and plenty of Christmas activities for the kids.

The Hilton Anatole Dallas hotel is excited to add Peppermint Park to the holiday season experience this year.  Peppermint Park will take place in the Anatole park from November 24-December 30 and will feature games and activities for kids, visits with Santa Claus, holiday shows, train rides around the park, light displays and more.

You and your family can have a jolly ole time at the Lone Star Christmas at Gaylord Texan from November 10 – January 1.  Marvel at more than 2 million holiday lights and acres of magnificent decorations, plus spectacular holiday activities like Glacier Glide Ice Skating, 12 lanes of snow tubing, cookies with Mrs. Claus and events that are sure to get you in the spirit of the season and create lasting family memories!
