MLBPA Investigating Jay Z for Gift Given to Yankees Star Robinson Cano

Jay Z recently started his Roc Nation Sports agency and one of his new clients is New York Yankees All-Star second baseman Robinson Cano.

At a recent birthday celebration in Belgium,Jay Z gave Cano a watch worth more than $33,000, made by Hublot) as a gift. But it could have been a violation of the collective bargaining agreement with the Major League Baseball Players Association.

The league is checking out this infraction with Jay Z and Cano and the details of how they are going to handle it are on the way.
