Since Michael Jackson's death in 2009, fans have wondered what will happen to his legendary Neverland Ranch. Known for its massive size and lavish design, the estate may be turned into a sexual assault rehabilitation center for children.

One of the bidders of the $75 million estate proposes a "serene" place for kids to recover from sexual abuse trauma.

“The plan is to have children come there for treatment," a source told the New York Post, "and they will also hire trained therapists who would help the victims through the use of equine-assisted therapy, which works to improve the kids’ self-esteem, and it helps them to become more outgoing.”

While this seems like a swell idea for the greater good, it is a bit creepy considering the history the late MJ had with child molestation allegations.

Aside from this rehab facility, other buyers have proposed a school, a state park and a shrine to the King of Pop. Even Jay Z and Beyonce were rumored to have had some interest in the property.

No matter how this bidding battle for the real estate goes, Michael's family is the least pleased with the outcome. “We are frustrated, bitterly disappointed and saddened that it has come to this,” a family rep said in a statement. “Sadly, Michael lost control of Neverland during his life as a result of advice from a former manager.”
