Just last March a jury ruled that Robin Thicke, Pharrell and T.I. copied part of Marvin Gaye's hit 'Got To Give It Up' and the family of late singer was awarded $5.3 million. Now Nona and Frankie Gaye, Marvin's daughter and son, want another $3.4 million!

The siblings are asking for  $2.67 million to cover attorney fees and another $776,932.71 for non-taxable cost. Good LAWRD! They are really going in on these three for 'Blurred Lines'. If you remember at the time of the first case Nona and Frankie were also requesting that 'Blurred Lines'  be removed from distribution. The judge said no to that, HOWEVER, he did grant the Gaye children 50% of the royalties moving forward.

Rumor is that Robin, Pharrell filed an appeal in December, but they have not commented publicly about that yet. This story is a little stinky to me. Did someone tick someone off or not agree to work with someone on a project? I am just saying, seems like they are really going in for the kill on this one.
