Marshall Residents Are Standing Against Violence

Tonight in Marshall at First Baptist Church, 405 W. Austin Street, there will be a Victim's Remembrance Program for relatives of murder victims. At this programs, relatives will be able to give impact statements expressing their hurt and loss.

Speakers include Richard Traylor, the brother of Alfred Wright who was murdered in Hemhill near Jasper. MAV Marshall founder Demetra McFarland started the movement S.A.V.E. which stands for Stand Against Violence Everyday. Tonight's program begins at 6pm.
