On March 14, TMZ broke the news that Lil Wayne had been admitted to Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles after having multiple seizures. But in a new video on the site (filmed by DJ Scoob Doo), the Young Money founder's health now appears to be better than 100%.

The video, which was recorded on March 20, shows Tunechi dressed comfortably in sweats, eagerly thanking his fans for their prayers.

"What's poppin' y'all? Tunechi in this b---," he starts. "I just wanted to say 'thank you' to all y'all for y'all prayers and concerns and all that."

"I swear to God," says Wayne, "I felt that love when I was laid up in that muhf---in' hospital bed. But I want all y'all to know that I'm good!"

In addition to showing gratitude to his supporters, Weezy goes on to give them the rundown of his upcoming projects, including a star-studded America's Most Wanted tour this summer.

"I'm still going on tour," he shares. "America's Most Wanted tour with some of my closest friends in the game."

For good measure, Tunechi calls his friend T.I. to appear on camera and the Atlanta rapper is pretty fired up himself.

"It's going down July 5!" says Tip. "We cranking it up. Eat you some barbeque on the 4th and come holla at us on the 5th, coming to a hood near you!"

Wayne has good reason to be excited about the future, even though it was just last week that rumors were circulating that he was on his deathbed.

Now that he's back in the mix, the 'Love Me' creator can put all his focus into his 'I Am Not a Human Being 2' LP, set to be released on Tuesday, March 26.
