Former Houston Texans head coach has been hired to be the new offensive coordinator for the Baltimore Ravens.

He will replace Jim Caldwell, who just got hired as the Detroit Lions head coach.

Kubiak spent seven seasons as the Texans' head coach, going 61-63 before being let go after this season.

Before that, he served as the Denver Broncos offensive coordinator under Mike Shanahan, helping the Broncos win two straight Super Bowls.
