It was a huge surprise to everyone Thursday night when Kanye West he joined Katy Perry on the American Idol stage. The duo performed the remix to Katy’s single, “ET”.

Quite the interesting pairing, especially back in 2009 when Kanye interrupted Taylor Swift's award acceptance speech, Katy came to her defense in a strong way!
