Northern Illinois QB Jordan Lynch Breaks Own Record With 321 Rushing Yards
In a Tuesday night college football matchup in which Northern Illinois defeated Western Michigan 33-17, UNI quarterback Jordan Lynch set an NCAA rushing record for quarterbacks ... again.
Lynch's 27 carries for 321 yards was the most ever by a quarterback in a game, breaking his own record which was 316 yards. Remember: he's not a running back. The QB only passed for 27 yards on 5-of-17 completions.
He is a Heisman candidate, but is very unlikely to win the bronze.
