Janet Jackson said she has something special for the people of Houston after Hurricane Harvey left a path of destruction along the Gulf Coast.  She resumed her State of The World Tour in Louisiana last night and now she is going to take the stage Saturday night in Houston, but before she performs she wanted to see first-hand the damage of what was left and to visit fans that were in shelters.

From Click 2 Houston, Janet - along with her brother Randy, accompanied by Mayor Sylvester Turner walked through the George R. Brown Convention Center to visit with victims of the hurricane before her concert tonight.  Janet is also donating proceeds of her concert to local flood relief charities.

Houston is the second stop of her 56-city tour and she is preforming tonight at the Toyota Center in downtown Houston.
