When Janet Jackson announced that she was postponing her Unbreakable World Tour so she and her husband, billionaire Wissam Al Mana, can plan their family, some of her fans were angry that they couldn’t get refunds for their ticket purchases.

No worries. Live Nation released a statement to Us Weekly confirming that Janet’s Unbreakable Tour will resume in 2017 and that previously purchased tickets will be honored at the rescheduled dates. Also, refunds will be available at the point of purchase.

Last week, Jackson, who will celebrate her 50th birthday in May, went on her Twitter account to announce the bittersweet news that she's postponing her tour, which had been riddled with delays since December 2015.

“On August 31st, as you probably know, I launched the Unbreakable World Tour,” she told her fans in a video. “First, I just want to thank all of the fans for coming out and seeing the show. Thank you so much, you guys made it so enjoyable for me each and every night.”

"My husband and I are planning our family, so I’m going to have to delay the tour," she added. "Please if you can try and understand that it’s important that I do this now. I have to rest up–doctor’s orders. But I have not forgotten about you, I will continue the tour as soon as I possibly can.”

Since the news of her tour postponement, many have wondered if Jackson could be pregnant. There hasn't been an official statement as to the details regarding her family, but it’s understandable that the R&B icon would obey doctors' orders and rest up.

This could be a momentously joyful occasion for her and her husband and we wish them nothing but the best.
