Lameela Coleman was fired from her job of 4 months at Whataburger on Gilmer Road in Longview last Thursday for refusing to remove her braids. In the Whataburger employee handbook there is no mention of an employee not being allowed to wear braids. What would you do if you were in Lameela's predicament?
