If you're fleeing the scene of a crime you likely wouldn't expect to see some cows chasing you, but it happened to a fleeing motorist in Florida.

According to Inside Edition, the Sanford Police Department says officers attempted to make a traffic stop of a Subaru SUV that was reported stolen in nearby Brevard County on Monday (August 6th), but the driver sped off before crashing in a ditch.

The driver, Jamie Young, and passenger, Jennifer Kaufman, fled on foot in different directions. The Seminole County Sheriff's Office aerial alert team was summoned to help Sanford officers, and captured video of Kaufman fleeing through a cow pasture with a herd of cows in pursuit.

The cows ended up helping lead officers on the ground directly to Kaufman. Kaufman and Young were booked on charges of drug possession, resisting arrest, trespassing and petit theft.
