The classic television show Happy Days was one of the highest rated television sitcoms of the 1970s. Unfortunately, 51-year-old actress Erin Moran, who was known as a cutie-pie character Joanie on the show, is reportedly broke and currently is residing in a trailer park in Indiana.  Moran was recently evicted from her California estate, which forced her to relocate to a trailer park home that she shares with her husband and mother-in-law.

Although her lifestyle has changed a bit, there may be some 'Happy Days' ahead for the actress! Royalties for 'Happy Day' and 'Joanie Loves Chachi' may begin rolling in soon. DVD royalties for the star are said to be anywhere from $250,000 to $500,000.

Although a judge did rule that Moran, along with fellow 'Days' co-stars, Don Moswill, Anson Williams and Marion Ross, be allowed to argue the royalty case in court, CBS has denied owing anything to the actors, citing that they have been paid what they were owed.

Moran appeared on Celebrity Fit Club in 2008, but hasn't really had any full-time acting roles since. Reports indicate she is still in high spirits!
