George Lopez may do a lot of things for laughs -- but this was not one of them.

The actor was arrested for public intoxication after he passed out on the floor of a casino in Canada, TMZ reports. The comedian had been celebrating in Caesar's Palace Windsor last night, Feb. 27, after his comedy show (also held at the venue) when he drunkenly passed out on the floor of the bar. Security then called police, who arrested the star.

However, no charges are being filed against Lopez, who was apparently held in a "drunk tank" for a while until he regained his sobriety. He was released from the holding place and is expected to perform at Caesar's Palace again tonight, Feb. 28.

That'll certainly be a sight to see. Knowing Lopez, he'll probably crack a joke or two about the incident!
