Paul George Drops 23 as Pacers Beat Heat

It was a battle of the Beasts of the East, and the Indiana Pacers held off the Miami Heat 84-84 last night to remain the top seed in the Eastern Conference.

Paul George led Indiana with 23 points and big man Roy Hibbert added 21 in the Pacers' win.

LeBron James led all scorers with 38 points, but it wasn't enough to put the Heat over the top.
