Free the “Girls”

Used bras, new bras, sports bras, nursing bras, pretty bras, practical bras, COME ONE    COME ALL lightly warn bras. Zonta Club of Longview would like women in East Texas to join their Free the Girls initiative as they strive to collect 5,000 bras this year.

A portion of donated bras will go to Zonta's sister agencies that provide services to women in need, such as: For the Silent, Mercy Manor, Refuge of Light, Buckner, House of Hope, Rahab's Retreat and Ranch, and Women's Center of East Texas.

Join the Zonta Club of Longview in their mission to help end violence against women one bra at a time by providing bare necessities needed for women to seek out and pursue job opportunities.  Free the Girls initiative will take place Saturday, November 12 in Prosperity Bank Parking Lot located at 1218 W. Loop 281 (next to Bodacious).  Drop off Time is 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.  Donors can drop off their donations or drive through and have their items collected from their car.
