For the second time in less than three months, Tyler Perry's studios have been hit with fire. This time the fire was only contained to the roof, which according to authorities had been undergoing some repair work at the time. Capt. Marian McDaniel with the Atlanta Fire Rescue Department has revealed that the cause for the Monday morning blaze was due to careless smoking. It took firefighters almost an hour to contain and control the fire.

Back in May, it took over 100 firefighters to extinguish the fire after nearly two hours of high heat and flames that shot up nearly six stories high!

There were no reports of injuries during either blaze and authorities say that no criminal charges are pending.
