The Longview Police Department announced today that there is a resurfacing of fake movie bills in East Texas. It hasn't even been a year since movie money was reported circulating around East Texas - notably in Lufkin.

Well now it's back.

A store on the 1300 block of Alpine Road in Longview, Texas reported an attempt to use a fake $100 bill. Authorities quickly came out and questioned the customer with the fake bill. He told the police he received these bills from a friend who was paying him back $200.

The cash, which can be purchased on eBay of all places, looks like the real deal at a glance. But if you know what to look for, you can spot the difference pretty quickly.

On the front of these fake movie bills, you'll find a stamped "For Motion Picture Use Only". If that's not enough, you'll also find a stamp on the back reading, "For Cinema Use Only".

In an article previously written, we noted that eBay sold movie-only bills in denominations of $1, $5, $20, $50 and $100. Take a quick glance - it's pretty easy to spot once you know what you're looking for.
