Everything You Need To Know About HOT 107-3 Jamz’ “Friends & Family Day”

The music & fun happens on the Square in downtown Tyler this Saturday.  SILK, Cupid, & L.J. Echols will help us celebrate Juneteenth. 
Here are the answers to some of your most frequently asked questions about event details:

HOW DO WE GET TICKETS IN ADVANCE?
You've got three options:  1- buy them now through Friday at the Metro Chamber Of Commerce on Gentry...  2- also from now through Friday, stop by the HOT 107-3 Jamz' offices from 8am-5pm to purchase tickets.  We're 2 blocks behind Chili's in Tyler (on Brookside just off SW Loop 323)...  3- get tickets anytime at HOT1073Jamz.com.

WILL TICKETS BE AVAILABLE FOR SALE AT THE GATE?  
Yes, you can buy tickets right there at the main gate entrance, with no price increase.  Cash or cards will be accepted.

ARE KIDS ALLOWED? 
Yes.  Children 12 & under can come in free!

WHAT IF IT RAINS?  
The show will go on rain or shine.  So far the weather forecast for Saturday looks great!

PARKING- WHERE & HOW MUCH?
Whether you find a metered parking space in the downtown area, or use the Fair Plaza Parking Garage at the corner of Broadway & Elm, since it's Saturday, parking is free!

CAN WE BRING IN LAWN CHAIRS?
Absolutely!

WHAT ABOUT CARRYING IN COOLERS, BEER, WATER, ETC? 
Our permit from the TABC & the East Texas Health Department states that NO outside drinks or food are allowed.  You will be able to purchase water, soft drinks, & adult beverages onsite.  A food vendor will also be on the Square with plenty of festival food for sale.

DO YOU KNOW THE DAY'S SCHEDULE?
The gates open at 4pm.  Hype DJ Triple-J will be playing music until 6 while people get their lawn chairs in place.  The first local band goes on stage at 6pm.
