‘Empire’ to Have 18 Episodes in Season 2

This is exactly what I need in my life ... MORE EMPIRE!!! I can't wait for the next season to start because there will be 18 episodes this season.

Fox is playing too much, though. There will now be two nine-episode half seasons with a cliffhanger to end the fall portion.

Last season, 'Empire' only had 12 episodes. I'm just happy to hear that the show is not being canceled or going to a new network!
