East Texas Man Arrested for Drunkenly Reheating Pizza at Local Grocery Store
A Lufkin man was arrested Sunday night for being drunk while attempting to reheat a pizza at a local grocery store.
Police say 49-year-old Lovie Williams was caught behind the bakery counter at the local HEB attempting to reheat a Little Ceasar's pizza and french fries he found behind the store.
Williams initially said he was looking for a bag he left at the store, but he later admitted to trying to reheat the food. When the police took him outside, he failed a sobriety test and was taken to jail for public intoxication.
His bond was set at $500 at Angelina County Jail.
Mr. Williams, here's some advice. Do like the rest of us who have had too much to drink and eat your pizza cold ... AT HOME. Because you just had the most expensive pizza of your life.
