East Texas Food Bank Is Hosting ‘A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving’

The East Texas Food Bank will host a special showing of the classic movie 'A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving' at the Bergfeld Amphitheater for East Texas families! This annual event is held each year as a bonding event for families and friends to come together and celebrate with each other as the holidays quickly approach and time seems to get away from us all!

Before the festivities begin at the Bergfeld Amphitheater on Friday, November 17th, the East Texas Food Bank will be using this as a time of education for kids and families on getting the proper nutrition. Education specialists will be on site with tips for kids on how to make healthy choices, staying active along with a healthy lifestyle.

The East Texas Food Bank will provide some snacks and special goodie bags for children. All you should bring is a blanket to spread out on the grass, lawn chairs, jackets and what other snacks you want and get ready to experience the Charles Schultz classic 'A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving' on Friday, November 17th at the Bergfeld Amphitheater in Tyler.
