Damon Dash is still going through money problems with the IRS. The embattled rap mogul reportedly owes New York state million of dollars in back taxes.

The former Roc-A-Fella Records founder owes $4.14 million in back taxes, according to new information released by the Department of Taxation and Finance. Dash purportedly owes taxes from 2005, 2007, 2010 and 2011. The 44-year-old entrepreneur is also listed at No. 35 on a new list of the top 250 New York state delinquent taxpayers.

When asked about his new $4 million tax bill, Dash told New York Post’s Page Six, “Y’all telling the same story for five years.”

Along with owing taxes, Dash also is delinquent in paying child support. The Harlem, N.Y. native is accused of owing $340,000 in back child support to his ex-wife Rachel Roy.

All of this news, comes as Dash is set to launch a new streaming service in the same business model as Netflix. According to Slant, the product will be available on his website, DameDashStudios, and it will feature films that Dash will have exclusive rights to.

The service, which officially launches on Sept. 1, will offer two subscriptions options: $9.99 per month or $49.99 per year.

Good luck to Damon Dash on his new streaming service. We hope that his venture launches successfully, which should help him pay off his huge tax debts. We don’t want to see him go out like Fat Joe and Lauryn Hill.
