Crock-Pot Cooking — Dallas Cowboys Football Dip
I decided to create a recipe for my die-hard Dallas Cowboy’s fans! This is one that your entire family will enjoy while watching the ‘Boys play on Sunday, so you will want to start this an hour or two before game. Grab your crock pot and let’s get cooking! You Will Need:
Your Crock Pot
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. blue cheese dressing
1/2 c. blue cheese crumbles
1/2 c. Buffalo wing sauce
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. black olives, chopped
2 stalk of scallions, chopped
Tortilla chips / rounds
Gather cream cheese, blue cheese crumbles, dressing, and wing sauce and mix all together. Add in the cooked, shredded chicken breast. Place lid on Crock Pot and cook on LOW heat for 1 hour. Watch for cheese to meld and make sure it has fully heated mixture.
Add in the celery, and top with scallions and black olives.
Serve warm with chips or even hot wings!
Optional: Top servings with sour cream
