Child Services Checking Up On Halle Berry

Halle Berry's baby daddy is in real trouble this time. Gabriel Aubry is only famous for being the father to Halle's daughter, Nahla, and it has been reported to the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services that Gabriel needs some investigation.

Halle's nanny has reported to authorities that Gabriel pushed Halle into a door while she was holding their child. She also said he has yanked Nahla violently from her mother's arms.

I don't know about you, but no accusation of child abuse or endangerment should be taken lightly. Is it time for Halle to keep Nahla's father away?
