After being on waivers less than 48 hours from the Chicago Bulls, forward Carlos Boozer signed a deal with the Los Angeles Lakers.

It's believed this move was a result of the Bulls' failure to sign Carmelo Anthony, who committed to the New York Knicks) and the signing of Pau Gasol to free up cap space.

Boozer averaged 13.7 points and 8.3 rebounds per game last season for the Bulls.
