Now this is a weird scenario. Busta Rhymes was arrested and charged with second-degree assault after getting into an altercation with a gym employee in New York.

According to the Associated Press, Bussa Buss wanted to bring a film crew inside Steel Gym to record his workout and was stopped by a gym employee. The “Gimme Some More” rapper and the employee got into an argument and things turned physical.

Then police say that Rhymes, whose real name is Trevor Smith, Jr., allegedly threw a 17-ounce container of strawberry-flavored Muscle Milk at the worker’s head. Ouch!

“Things got heated. Busta splashed water on him and the employee threw water back,” one eyewitness told the New York Daily News. "Busta’s security got between them. The cops came and (the employee) kept changing his story."

Rhymes was arrested around 8:30 p.m. and slapped with second-degree assault charges. The 43-year-old MC was released early Thursday morning (Aug. 6).

"It’s stupid,” he told the NYDN outside of the police station. His lawyer added, “It’s ridiculous, it was literally a bottle of Muscle Milk."

The “Dangerous” rhymer went on his Instagram account to thank fans for their support. "Thanks to everyone who helped expedite this evening for me," he wrote. "I'm good and we're back to the grind. Heading 2 the studio 2 turn the bulls--- into GREATNESS. I'm super good."

Rhymes' attorney says that his client will beat the second-degree assault charges.
