The New Orleans Saints had a battle, but defeated the San Francisco 49ers, 23-20, to maintain the No. 3 spot.

The New England Patriots, who play tonight on Monday Night Football, are currently No.4 and the Chiefs dropped from No. 2 to the No. 5 position.
